Felicity Groom is an ambitious indie pop singer from Perth in Western Australia. She actually wanted to become a biologist, but in the end followed her musical grandfather who was a famous Australian piano player. Felicity won the Best Pop Act Award for Western Australia in 2009 and 2010. Now she hopes to have success with her debut album Gossamer, with featuring artists Tame Impala. Siren Song is the first KX Expat Plugin of 2012.
Sven and his KX colleague Simone Walraven create their radio shows many miles away from the KX Radio studio in Amsterdam: Simone from the US, Sven from Australia. In order to support talented new artists from those countries, who do not yet enjoy regular airplay in Holland, they choose the weekly KX Expat Plug In. This song receives special attention in their shows and is distributed among the KX DJ team.
